Peopleassets was founded by Richard T. Houston, Ed.D., a graduate of Brown University and Clark University. Dr. Houston was licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Psychology in 1981. Peopleassets specializes in the use of empirical systems to define behavioral attributes of high performing leaders in specific market segments. Peopleassets and its progenitor have successfully directed leadership and professional development programs in over twenty countries with outstanding results. At Peopleassets, we strongly believe that success in specific markets is a function of unique leadership competencies and organizational attributes. What works for private sector managers of large organizations does not necessarily spell success for leaders of small non-profits.
