Richard Houston, Ed.D. is the founder of Peopleassets. A psychologist and life long educator, he has delivered successful leadership and professional development programs in over twenty countries. In recent years, he has devoted careful attention to the park and recreation profession, analyzing and defining what it takes to be successful in different roles.
