The CPRS / Peopleassets LEADERSHIP FORUM Program – Leadership Development resources are customized to focus on the achievement of high priority organizational goals. This program is customized and delivered on-site.


The Peopleassets Colleague Feedback Survey – Colleagues of a park and recreation professional provide helpful feedback to identify leadership strengths and needed areas of skill improvement. A confidential consultation with a Peopleassets psychologist helps define appropriate development goals.


The Workgroup Culture Survey– Profile the cultural attributes of a specific workgroup, program or agency. Create specific plans to improve the work environment and target high priority organizational goals.


Professional Development Planning System – A structured system to identify professional development goals and document learning activities and goal achievement.  Administrators have access to this information.
